Alan Alexander is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of I.Me.Mine, and the originator of the Personalized Shopper Loyalty Platform. Alan is a former Executive Vice President/Managing Partner at advertising agency DDB-Chicago. Alan has extensive executive level CPG brand background with major Fortune 500 companies, including General Mills, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Clorox, SC Johnson and Heinz. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Advertising.

Gary Lowen, EVP, Sales

Gary Lowen is I.Me.Mine’s Executive Vice President of Sales. Gary brings over twenty years of CPG, and grocery retail leadership to the organization. Gary led enterprise sales teams for The JDA Software Group, NCR Retail, Retail Optimization (acquired by Revionics) and Predictix (acquired by Infor) and has over 15 years of multinational CPG experience having led analytics and category management initiatives for worldwide beverage alcohol leader Diageo.

Steve is a veteran of the Consumer Goods industry with a mix of manufacturer, retailer, infotech and industry association experience. Steve has spent over four decades committed to serving the retail community and is a recognized authority and has been a frequent industry speaker, author and blogger on the topic of re-structuring the interaction between brands, retailers, solution providers and shoppers. The focus is effective marketing to shoppers in a marketplace seismically impacted by digital enablement, E-Comm and the customer power shift. Girdhar Arora is I.Me.Mine's Chief Executive Officer and has over 20 years of experience in developing enterprise software systems, application hosting and operations management. Girdhar has a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology- Kanpur, an MS degree from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, and an MBA from Clemson University. Girdhar established and manages our talented software development team in Kanpur, India.

Bill Maier has over 30 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Executive with Kraft Foods. Bill served as National Sales Manager for the Jell-O and Cool Whip trademarks. He developed strategic sales initiatives with Delhaize America, pioneering a data-sharing program that received industry recognition. Bill’s led the creation of the largest merchandising sales event in Food Lion/Kraft history. He has made multiple presentations at industry events on behalf of Kraft and Delhaize focused on sharing their partnering efforts in product freshness management, sales insights, and merchandising effectiveness. Bill brings sales analytics, CPG insights, and grocery industry perspective to the I.Me.Mine team.

Matt has spent his entire life in the Food and Beverage space and brings an incredible wealth of knowledge thanks to his experiences as a manufacturer, retailer, and distributor. These experiences enable Matt to have a unique and expansive perspective on the entire industry. He started his career as a Manufacturer and held several different sales, marketing, and operations leadership roles within PepsiCo and Kraft. He went on to become a Retailer, working for Safeway where along with his Executive level Merchandising experience, he was President and CEO of Safeway.com (an early pioneer in the e-commerce space). After Safeway.com was fully acquired by Safeway, he joined Winn-Dixie, where he was the Lead Merchant, and played a key role on the Strategy Team that authored Winn-Dixie’s historic comeback. Matt brings extraordinary strategic value to I.Me.Mine.
